Policies — G-Ink

These policies explain how booking, payments, cancellations, and aftercare work with G-Ink. By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies below.

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours forfeit deposit and incur $250 fee. Must pay fee before reapplying.

Notice required: 48 hours
Cancellation fee: $250
Cancelling without adequate notice forfeits your deposit.

2. Reschedule Policy

Reschedules within 48 hours incur $250 fee and require new deposit. Only latest deposit applies to final price.

Notice required: 48 hours
Reschedule fee: $250
Rescheduling without adequate notice forfeits your deposit.
A new deposit may be required to rebook.
We understand that things come up — please communicate with us as early as possible.

3. No-Show Policy

Missing your appointment without notice forfeits your deposit and may incur a fee before you can rebook.

Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments.

4. Deposits and Payments

A deposit of $250 is required to secure your appointment.
Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your tattoo.
Final payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept card payments processed through Stripe.

5. Refund Policy

Deposits are generally non-refundable unless we cancel or reschedule your appointment. Completed work is not eligible for a refund.

6. Touch-Up Policy

Free touch-ups if deemed necessary by artist. Clients can request anytime, but artist determines if refresh is needed (free) or if client wants darker/fresher look (paid session).

Touch-ups are intended to address natural healing variations, not design changes.
You must follow all aftercare instructions for any touch-up to be considered.

7. Aftercare and Healing Responsibility

The healed result of your tattoo depends heavily on how you care for it. You are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided after your session.

Proper aftercare is essential for the quality of your healed tattoo.
You will receive aftercare instructions after your appointment. It is your responsibility to follow them.
We are not responsible for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

8. Tattoo Responsibility

A tattoo is a permanent body modification. Please consider your design choice carefully.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving the design, placement, and size before the tattoo begins.
Once the tattoo process has started, you assume full responsibility for the decision.
Results may vary based on skin type, placement, aftercare, and natural healing.

9. Limitation of Liability

G-Ink takes every reasonable precaution to ensure a safe and high-quality tattoo experience. However:

We are not liable for allergic reactions to tattoo ink or aftercare products.
We are not liable for infections or complications resulting from improper aftercare.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
