1. Booking and Appointments
- All appointments are subject to availability.
- By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- You will receive a confirmation email or message once your appointment is confirmed.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours forfeit deposit and incur $250 fee. Must pay fee before reapplying.
- Notice required: 48 hours
- Cancellation fee: $250
- No-shows or cancellations without adequate notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
3. Reschedule Policy
Reschedules within 48 hours incur $250 fee and require new deposit. Only latest deposit applies to final price.

- Reschedule fee: $250
- We understand that things come up — please communicate with us as early as possible.
4. Deposits and Payments
- A deposit of $250 is required to secure your appointment.
- Deposits are generally non-refundable unless we cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your tattoo.
- Final payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept card payments processed through Stripe.
5. Touch-Up Policy
Free touch-ups if deemed necessary by artist. Clients can request anytime, but artist determines if refresh is needed (free) or if client wants darker/fresher look (paid session).
- Touch-ups are intended to address natural healing variations, not design changes.
- You must follow all aftercare instructions for any touch-up to be considered.
6. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at your appointment. No exceptions.
7. Health and Safety
- You must disclose any allergies, skin conditions, medical conditions, or medications that may affect the tattoo process or healing.
- If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a compromised immune system, please consult your doctor before booking.
- We follow strict hygiene and sterilization protocols. All equipment is either single-use or autoclaved.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a health risk.
8. Tattoo Responsibility
- A tattoo is a permanent body modification. Please consider your design choice carefully.
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving the design, placement, and size before the tattoo begins.
- Once the tattoo process has started, you assume full responsibility for the decision.
- Results may vary based on skin type, placement, aftercare, and natural healing.
9. Photo Release
We may photograph completed tattoo work for use in our portfolio, website, and social media. By receiving a tattoo, you grant us permission to use these photos unless you explicitly opt out. You may opt out at any time by contacting us.
10. Aftercare
- Proper aftercare is essential for the quality of your healed tattoo.
- You will receive aftercare instructions after your appointment. It is your responsibility to follow them.
- We are not responsible for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
11. Limitation of Liability
G-Ink takes every reasonable precaution to ensure a safe and high-quality tattoo experience. However:
- We are not liable for allergic reactions to tattoo ink or aftercare products.
- We are not liable for infections or complications resulting from improper aftercare.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
